Each Junior Auxiliary member participates in community service projects. There are currently 12 service projects reaching out to individuals all over Craighead County. Each year, our members put in thousands of hours volunteering on the projects and giving our hearts to the children that we serve.

Examples of service projects include: Weekly book clubs for area elementary students, literacy and math tutoring at area schools, dissection projects for science students, a closet available for children and families in need of clothing and other necessities, various programs and projects with The Learning Center, which helps developmentally-delayed adults and children.

Jonesboro Junior Auxiliary chaper has awarded over one million dollars in scholarships since 1958.
